We wanted to roll out one very simple feature to all Netsuite user, But not sure difference between "Creating Bundle as Public" OR "Creating SuiteApp". Could some please guide us? Note that we wanted to give that feature as free without any cost, anyone can use and customize on top of that.. Please provide us some feedback on this..

The only way to publish a SuiteApp that I know of is through the SDN and it's getting more complicated to do so. NetSuite wants to move away from bundles but have not really provided a good solution for SDF.
