it is possible to create a custom record with a custom lines. I want to make a custom employee record which has a ref to the real employee record. The new employee record should contain lines like a sales order, where each line on the record shows a skill and an expire date for the employee. You should be able to retrieve those values from a suitescript search aswell.

It would be easier to just create a new custom record with the skill etc, then have it as a sublist on the actual employee record
