Anyone know about File Drag and Drop functionality defect? It's very inconvenient for our users and I feel helpless. I did submit a support case that was attached to the defect. It's listed as 'urgent' but since there's a workaround I don't have faith that Oracle is going to make it a priority.

What is the defect? I have been struggling with some permission issues lately with D&D.

When you drag over a file to attach nothing happens. You have to choose the file from a saved location. Our employees drag files from emails without ever saving them so it's an extra step for them. Doesn't sound horrendous, but they do that all day long.

Do you have a Defect number. We would want to be included in the notification when fixed

@PlanetJupiter, sorry I didn't see this before. Defect# 662865, it's scheduled to be fixed in our production account this Monday, May 16th.
