We have few "External ID" on Projects that are wrong. ā€¢ Is there a way to manually update the "External ID"? However, I don't see that field as available to be added to a Project Form.

External ID is not set in UI, use a CSV import to update it. Just use Internal ID as the matching criteria and update only External ID

Not typically, usually do a saved search showing internal ID and external ID then re-upload using the internal ID as the key and having the new external ID in the file

Any way to completely clear out an externalId (set value to Null)? I've tried importing a few different CSVs but the external id remains the same. 1. Import with blank external id value and check off
OVERWRITE MISSING FIELDS
option 2. It won't let me set the value to Null on the field mapping either.

@Josh Godfrey On the field mapping can you hard code the field value to "Set Value to Null"? Seem like that should work. You will need the internal ID as the primary key.

No, that throws an error before you can move forward to the next step.
One or more of your fields or the NetSuite fields have not been mapped on the mapping panel.
Required NetSuite fields must be mapped in order to proceed with import.
Other fields must either be mapped or be removed from the mapping panel.
From NS Support this morning:
the feature that updates external ID to blank/null is not currently available but I found an existing enhancement that matches your concern.
Enhancement # 160343 Summary: WS | CSV | SS - Ability to update external ID to blank/null
