NetSuite is not sending emails. They appear in the communcation/messages tab, but multiple employees are reporting that they have not received them. Anyone else running into this?

Have you set up SPF / DMARC / DKIM and are the emails going to spam?
Our Emails have started going to spam despite a valid and unchanged SPF / DMARC / DKIM

I don't believe so - SOME emails from NS are coming through, but some are not. Specifically ones attached to Sales Orders, Estimates, or ones being triggered via scripts

Our Sales Order, Invoices emails sent via workflow are failing. Manually sending an email from a Sales Order has no problems.

@nathanw This was related! Our SPF / DMARC / DKIM was out of date and our email server was flagging NS emails as spam and not allowing them to get to the recipients

Per NetSuite support:
Your SPF record, however, is not using the updated NetSuite SPF record. You are currently using include:mailsenders.netsuite.com. Kindly have this replaced with include:sent-via.netsuite.com. Kindly work with your IT team to have this changed
