Has anyone tried using a third-party app that will allow exporting data into a third-party SFTP folder? Ex. Skyvia One of our 3PLs wants us to load the sales order CSV file into their SFTP folders.

I haven’t to be honest. I work for a NetSuite consultancy and we created our own customisation to do this as it is a common requirement as a lot of 3PLs are using systems that don’t have APIs
