Not sure what we did wrong here but • We create new line with our tax rate of that line is 10%, and only put Gross AMT only: $11500 (Tax AMT, and Amount should be auto calc) • we hit save • and then hit edit the Sale order again to change the Address • but when we hit save, for some reasons, the Gross AMT is changed (we think it got re-calc for some reason) -> changed from $11500 to $11501 We put video here to replicate it, could anyone help me why the re-calc is happening again when we try to edit the address field? so apparently, if we put Amount first and fix the Tax AMT (cause there is 1 cent off which lead to one cent extra in Gross AMT as well), hit save, and try to edit the address again -> same issue, Gross AMT changed from $11500 to $11501
If anyone faced this issue before, please help us with this. We have multiple cases where edit/change address making the line item gross amt incorrect

@Joel Nguyen Tax most likely influenced by the address so when it is changed, Netsuite will recalc the NET AMOUNT + TAX. to give GROSS. 10% of 10445 = 1045.5 so NetSuite is rounding up to 1046 This might help: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N1814149.html
