Is there are a way to change default values on the "Set Preferences" page when a new employee is created? Meaning I want to default every new employee preferences, but can N/config edit someone else's preferences or only the current user?

Isn't this just where someone can choose specific company settings. What I am trying to accomplish is that this setting (which is a user setting) should default to pdf and not html

defaults for new employee match the company settings

But I don't see a company setting for this

then use the landing page

Okay. My question was is there a way (either scripting or non scripting) to default every new employee so they don't have to go through the landing page and do this. But if not, we'll just have them do that
