Is there a simple way (i.e. without scripting) to adjust the display of the ship to select options on a sales order? Meaning right now it displays the options as the address, but the desired result is the options should be listed by addressee

The Ship To dropdown displays the address label from the address book so if you need it to be anything other than what it is now you just need to update the address label on the custom record.
