Hello, sorry if this is the wrong channel but hoping someone can answer a question surrounding SuiteApprovals - tilizing SuiteApprovals for the PO process, the issue we are seeing is the ability to give the user a report or list once they are in NetSuite of all the POs they need to approve. We don't want them to have to go into every email to approver if they have more then one, but it does not seem like the field exists anywhere to build a report and tile off of.

we have custom approval workflow but you should be able to create a saved search that you can put on their dashboard with status "Pending Approval" and next approver

@Suitestallion do you also use the out of the box Approve Purchase Requests page so that users can approve in bulk? Is that working perfectly with you? Thank you.

@Suitestallion the issue we are facing is that the Next Approver field with the SuiteApproval workflow does not appear to be storing the values. It is worth noting here that we are using groups not hierarchy to have more than one approver

yeah we have more than one approver as well, that is why we created the custom workflow to accommodate that. we have max 3 approvers based on $ limit.
