I just submitted a case. I hesitate to reach out to my accounting department to get the bank info again to test in sandbox. They will get excited for nothing

If they call you, they’re going to ask you to at the very least type it in again, and they will likely ask you to set it up in Sandbox…. They are not quick to include tickets on defects without extreme vetting of details.
