it would be awesome if this was the same issue.. I spent like 8 hours on the phone with them doing all sorts of gymnastics to get them to create a defect.. The most damning evidence was that it worked in SB but not in PROD… AND It was working in PROD, but then suddenly received the TIMEOUT message for one bank, but not for the other… It’s currently a U4, so hopefully the fact that it’s CHASE will increase the urgency a little.
