Hi Suitebilling users, is there a way to manually mass renew subscriptions? We had a series of failed renewal creations as part of the automated renewal process but it seems the only way to trigger the subscription renewal is to manually do it in Actions>Renew.

Hey! Change the preference to renew and set the amount of days, make sure the number of days have not passed. Otherwise it will not trigger. You need to get the days right, so if you want to get it to run tonight - count X days from today - Sub End Date to be the trigger days

Typically that works but for active subscriptions missing dept and class, NS will not allow you to edit the Dept and class record (greyed) so you cannot perform any other types of updates such as renewal in advanced of days.
