Hi folks - we have a customer which recently changed their Subsidiary Hierarchy (using the "Allow Changes to Subsidiary Hierarchy for..." feature). The side effect is that we're unable to identify a root subsidiary via our web services integrations. Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to resolve?

Thank you. Yep, we're doing that right now -- just hoping to see if folks have experienced the same. I suspect that we might need to re-establish the connection (via a bundle re-install).

NetSuite support is still figuring things out but we requested the client to un-install/re-install our bundle and that addressed the problem. Broadcasting in case someone else finds this useful!
