simplistic question hopefully; For an account which requires 4-5 different integrations into NS from 3rd party vendors, do we have to setup 4-5 integration logins or can 1 login be shared for the different integrations? I am already leaning towards a NO, and that each integration will require a separate login. Please confirm?

I believe one user can be used for all logins. But I would definitely have separate integration records + tokens

You can use the same login with multiple tokens

Expect to have a plan to identify which integration created/modified a record

You wont be able to tell from things like the user on the system notes

I would recommend creating a separate role for each integration that way you can give each integration only the permissions it needs. You can just assign each of these roles to one user though
