Hello, has anyone here built an integration with the NetSuite Employee Record with Concur Users? I am wondering what we need to be aware of to build the integration to Concur

Hi @Phillip, we (Celigo) have built something like this, available on the Concur app store. If you build it yourself, perhaps the biggest thing to be aware of is that you’ll need to enable Concur Web Services, which has an additional per-transaction charge. There’s no such charge for apps on the app center (though the apps, including ours, have a cost)… I think this is SAP/Concur’s way of pushing customers towards certified apps instead of having customers roll their own.
