Is it recommended to use the Custom Workbooks as API Endpoints for integration, or would it be best practice to use the Transaction/Document End Points and use query parameters.

From my experience, I still prefer using the transaction/document than the custom workbook for simpler queries. Unless I would need to run a complicated retrieval of information, that's the only time that I resort to the use of custom workbook
