I had a few API Calls that were working as expected a few days ago. Yesterday they did a data refresh, and now I'm getting 404s. I confirmed the URL's are still in place. Is there anything else I should check?

I believe so. They were as of 2 days ago, and I confirmed that my user still had the appropriate role, and that the web services was enabled.

I did, I copypasted the Company URL from the System Info page.
Seems that all the setup is still in place, features enabled, permissions granted, etc.
