Hi all - anyone here run Coupa + NetSuite Fixed Assets? The bundle that brings over Coupa's vendor bills doesn't appear to bring quantity over, so we're having trouble splitting a vendor bill that came from Coupa up into the individual fixed assets

alternate way to think about this -- if I have a vendor bill with an expense line on it (e.g. no quantity given), can I use the FAM module to split that single expense line into many Fixed Assets?

yes to expense, it always comes in qty of 1 to FAM

We use coupa and Netsuite FAM. We created a custom field on vendor bill and populated the value from the qty field from coupa. We also added a custom script to split the asset into individual asset

we added the custom script on the asset proposal form so the user can see the qty and split the way they want
