We've having issues too. Seems to be related to the defect currently reported on the status page. It looks like the issue is to do with dynamically fetching content from external URLs.

I don't see any issue relating to sitebuilder on status.netsuite.com . Which one are you pointing at ?

It's not specific to Sitebuilder. Anything which requests a Netsuite account specific domain from within the system seemed to be affected. Seems to be resolved for us now.
