Any opinions on where to put custom JS that updates the DOM directly during diplaying the cart? 1. In using site builder in reference checkout 2.05 - and it’s a known issue that when using the cart summary tag to display the item count, that number will be inaccurate when a user logs in to their account after having previously added an item to the cart. a. This is because the page doesn’t refresh so the tag isn’t fired again after the user has logged in. 2. I have some JavaScript that calls a WSDK tag to extract the current item count using a URL like this, then updates the DOM directly: https://www.domain.com/app/site/query/getcartitemcount.nl?c=555555&n=1 My question is where to put this custom JS in order to update the cart in the most direct/efficient manner?

Hello everyone, I am working on sitebuilder product detail page template. I am using item option for matrix item selection. when I am selecting item option from dropdown list, the salesprice on the page is not changing according to that particular selection. And the price showing is of previous selection made from the dropdown list. How do i get the salesprice on the page according to the option selected? Thanks in advance

When I try to view an order that is

Hello Folks, We are facing issues while placing an order. Actually when we don't save credit card during process, the whole process works fine, but when we save credit card for order, we experience time lag between clicking the place order button and getting response from Cybersource. That time lag is very irritating. We are using SiteBuilder Extension Kilimanjaro and integrate it with Cybersource as payment gateway. Need help to reduce the time lag.

Hi Everyone, Payment amount is missing in CyberSource for few transactions and for those transactions there is no cash sale record present in NetSuite, even cash sale id's are present in CyberSource. Could anyone please tell the actual cause behind this.

Hi Everyone, We have two subsidiaries in our NetSuite account and both subsidiaries need different way to create invoice. Sales orders need to be invoiced before item fulfillment on one subsidiary and for another subsidiary, Sales orders need to be invoiced after item fulfillment. Though, we have deployed a script for this but in order to achieve this first we need to enable a feature under Accounting> Accounting Preferences> Order Management : INVOICE IN ADVANCE OF FULFILLMENT. But as we enabled this feature, all sales orders start getting invoiced before fulfilling for both subsidiaries and we do not want that. Could anyone please tell us if there is some alternative solution for it as it is hampering our business a lot. Thanks in advance.
