So, we have that checked and it is still not calculating. I want to reiterate that we are not using SuiteCommerce (yet, we will be in a couple of months) but Sitebuilder and using the SiteBuilder Extensions - Elbrus. I see now in Avalara you also need to do per-line taxes. Our concern is how this would work with FarApp syncing eBay and Amazon and their tax calculations

Sounds like you are setup the same as the company I work for. And avalara and FarApp working together can be a pain.

So, it turns out that when we did updates that the context filter for the web store was not checked on the sales order deployment for the Avalara client script. That fixed everything! Thanks for your help
