I'm new here, this might be a dumb question, but I can't figure out how to create a support case with netsuite.  I go to SuiteAnswers and hit the "Contact Support Online" and it just reloads the page.

Search for something, then click on the button to create a case

If you're an administrator, or granted NS case access, you can also do it in the Netsuite UI - Support &gt; Support Overview &gt; Netsuite Account Center &gt; Contact Support
