As David @Fourth Wave Consulting said - it's important NetSuite acknowledges this incident started at 4:30am eastern. I have third party uptime apps that all reported my site down at the same time and had me out of bed. For anyone reporting or requesting info on the defect, please be sure to reinforce this issue started around this time. This mishap should have been detected by NetSuite, and the issue mitigated much sooner. As it was not, the downtime for those affected is now entering close to 7 hours.
