I just finished our new website, <http://www.hermance.com|www.hermance.com> It is sitebuilder, bootstrapped to be responsive. Updated touchpoints to the custom checkout 2.02.0 and the custom my account. My question is during checkout, how can i hide the invoice if the terms are payment due with order, or if they are checking out as guest (which makes terms payment due with order)

Was trying to do it within the same template codes, I mean i did put it in one of those code blocks, but I had to run the login to hide the dom elements based on terms from the html or the url parament checkout-as-guest which is not always present in the url

the 2.02 is pretty old, I'd recommend using the kilimanjaro SB extension. In yours, I'd look for the template order_wizard_paymentmethod_selector_module_tmpl then remove the terms section or comment it out.

Thanks, I was able to get it. I had to hide the invoicing section based on the terms.
