Hello I am trying to restrict a category from my site builder site using customer center custom role, But seems like not working, I have created roles Role A and Role B and assigned category A to Role A and Category B to Role B but for both users both categories are showing. I even changed to role for those two users. any idea?

The way to restrict categories to users in SiteBuilder is through "Audiences" feature. Is that what you are using when you mention using custom roles.
