@beckyd If you go to Setup > Sit Builder > Customize Test > Customize. In the ‘Error Messages’ tab there’s one that says “An error occurred while processing your credit card. Please contact the merchant for further assistance”. Is that the one you mean? You should be able to just put what you want in there.
