Hi all. I am doing an Add/Update import of Contacts using company name to map, but its failing with "Unexpected Error". We think this might be because we using the company name rather than the internal id of the company. Has anyone had experience with using the company name to lookup the owning company of the contact to update? This process needs to be used by sales so i'm trying to make it as easy as possible for them to upload updates to their contacts.

Should work - have you tried splitting up your upload? (add first, update second)

I have not yet as I assumed NS would be able to match using a combination of Company, Firstname, Lastname
