Hi, is there any help guide or suite answer that is explaining how to support custom segments in rev Rec? Everything is present in the arrangement’s element but not in the journal…

My thoughts are that custom segments are not supported in ARM. You would need to escalate to Netsuite support ARM team. While waiting for that enhancement to role through you might have to script an update to your journals.

Custom segments are supported in ARM, which means the journals created via ARM processes should have custom segments. If this isn’t happening, then file a defect via NS Support.
