06/02/2021, 6:53 PMWhat would cause the Revenue Recognition JE to fail trying to populate the Sales Channel and Geo? I tested in Sandbox and it worked so thinking something changed in Prod. Revenue field mappings appear to be untouched, but not sure why all would fail.

06/02/2021, 6:58 PMI think I have an idea, there is one customer that had a failed arrangement, with no sales channel or geo. I think that one arrangement is causing the entire batch to fail.

06/02/2021, 7:04 PMThat was it, one customer, one arrangement, all is good, turn off mandatory DCL posted the revenue for just that arrangement, reclassed that Journal, and ran revenue on the remaining arrangements without issue.

06/02/2021, 9:02 PMThey are, this was an arrangement that was stuck from our ARM/Suitebilling implementation from 2018, I have been cleaning up our Deferred and have found a few skeletons in the closet that are causing me grief.

06/06/2021, 9:39 PMIt wont let me edit the arrangement, tried to get a workflow to change the field but it doesnt allow editing to closed subscriptons We have suitebilling
