has anyone ever switched arm off on an account? What does the process involve?

“once enabled it cannot be disabled” 😞 it is almost easier to ask for a new instance.

i think there is a way, where you can reach out to NS and they can turn it off in the back end.
However entire accounting might get messed up and they make you sign a waiver (if i remember it correctly).
