Has anyone encountered this error and know how to remedy the issue when performing the following steps?   Navigate to "Create Reclassification Journal Entries" transaction Select the Posting Period   The transaction proposes adjusting XX Number of Transactions   Click "Create Journal Entries"   Status Page "Submission Status" = Complete with Errors = Proposed # of Transactions   Click on the # of Errors Error Status Page: Results   All errors say the following message:   null Reclassification failed for the following revenue arrangements: XXXX

This would definitely need a deeper dive. I have seen reclass journals fail before but not with this particular message.

as a general rule, clicking on the "complete with errors" link will usually give much more info than clicking on the errors alone

was the rev rec journal created for that rev arrangement?

@Karina yes, the Rev Rec journals were successfully created.

Have you generated Reclass entries successfully in the past? In other words, are all settings in place? If so, what changed since last time?

Yes, we generated thousands of reclass JE's in the same batch. We just have ~40 that fail with the cryptic error shown above. There isn't a change in the parameters we set. The transactions must need attention, but the revenue journals post just fine. We've got some ideas to chase, but I was curious if others had seen the null error rather than mentioning a department or other specific error.
