Hello Everyone! I hope that your week has been good so far! I am reaching out for some feedback in regards to the Mass Update feature but more specifically the Update Orders Kit Members with Current Kit Members. Does anyone have this setup to run on a schedule and what are some pros/cons of doing this? Also, what are some criteria that you specify that isn't specified in the article I have provided the link for and what is your reasoning? (brief reason) 🙂 We are thinking it would be a great idea to run this on a schedule but I know there are some seasoned NetSuite admins/users here that could help us decide what to do. We run this update every night. I haven’t noticed any down sides to doing it yet. It hasn’t totally eliminated the “Kit definition has changed” error we get when fulfilling orders yet but it has significantly reduced that horrible/unfixable error We made a custom field on the SO that gets checked anytime the order contains a kit Then we set the mass update criteria to include SO with “Contains Kit Item” = T. And status is Pending Fulfillment, Partially Fulfilled or Pending Fulfillment/Partially Fulfilled
