Hi all, on the

Sales Order

record, if the

ship to

address on the

Shipping

subtab is changed, the tax code on the line items change to

Exempt

. I’m not sure what is changing the tax code on the line items. Is it native NetSuite feature? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

NetSuite a tax engine has a lookup feature that will automatically apply tax based on the ship to address. So essentially if you ship to changes the lookup will source a new tax code. The zip code must be related to an exempt tax code in your Tax Code list

Is there any reference/documentation for this? I was not able to find it myself.
