Hello Everyone! So I am new to NetSuite and am trying to figure out a particular problem with a saved search I have created. My grab button currently will assign the person who clicks it as "assigned to" and change the "status" field. I want to not change the status field when this button is clicked. Does anyone have any advice, is this functionality able to be adjusted using a workflow or does it need to be suitescript?
