Hello all. I am having issues attaching an email to a standard record and unable to open it.
I was able to open it before with no problems (at my former company) I am having issues now. Any ideas as to what the issue could be?

try putting the extension in the file name. EX: 123.PDF

@Nicolas Bean Thank you for the suggestion. I thought it was enough to have the outlook item extension (.msg) just on the upload file. After I added it to the file name, it worked. Thanks again!
