We have some users who only logged into our original Sandbox account, and they apparently never logged into the new production environment once we implemented. Long story short they cannot login, and I cannot change their passwords. ( I onboarded with company when they were in Sandbox 2, these users are from Sandbox 1 - which then expired) : Is this something we have to call NetSuite on to reset their passwords ?
