When you say the .nl is happening cross-browser, have you tried Firefox? I have seen this in both Chrome and Edge. If you have Macs you can try Safari as well.

Yep, we can reproduce it in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. We dont have any Mac machines in Accounting. We even tried these settings to download rather than preview: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001114.htm
