Hello all. Why would NetSuite try to download a PDF file as an .NL file? I seem to recall this behavior at times, but I can't recall the ultimate root cause or solution. Basically we're clicking the download button, but instead of a PDF being downloaded, I see an .NL file.

instead? and then use that tool to save as PDF?

I've seen that a good bit lately. Not sure why. If I refresh the URL, I can then download it as a pdf.

Yeah, I am fairly certain this problem only exists in Chrome.  Chrome, in spite of its popularity, is by no means perfect or free from bugs.  If you use Firefox or another browser, this issue doesn’t happen.
