Can I use a different advanced PDF check with different subsidiaries? I see on my subsidiary record I can choose a standard PDF, but no options for advanced. Any ideas?

Build the logic for the layout selection into your PDF itself with an if statement? I.e. if subsidiary = x use section A if subsidiary = Y use section b
