Anyone have the XML for a custsecret? I'd like to add it to our SuiteCloud CLI deploy, but do not know the entire format

a secret does not have much in it, its just a reference to an existing secret that you setup to be shared with a suiteapp

I was hoping I could "write" my secret from the deployment. i.e. I would not need to login to the UI to create it or update it.
