I think you ahould file thia with NS technical support. So they can pass it on to concerned team as this is not a problem with the tool, its the server side which is complaining.

thanks Ali. Are you saying that the tool doesn't determine order of deployment for individual components of an SDF project - the server-side does? Like, sdf sends up a zip file and server-side unzips and decides what order to deploy?
