I think the issue is we moved into the NetSuite ecosystem right between the two, so we have content in the Web Site Hosting Files directory but the options that put them there aren’t in the UI anymore. For instance, I no longer see an option for

Host HTML Files

in the

Enable Features → Web Presence → Publishing

section anymore.

When you don't see features to enable it normally means they were not provisioned to that account.
