okay, so because I got so many great suggestions, new question. The requirements that are making us look around are a) need the ability to exclude dips in sales due to inventory shortfalls, because they weren’t due to lack of sales INTEREST but rather supply chain issues that BLOCKED sales from occurring and b) need to be able to split ‘lead time’ into multiple chunks/buckets (ie order acknowledgement vs production time vs shipping time). Does that exclude any of these options? Only asking if any of you already definitively know ‘oh if you need that then never mind, solution X won’t work’. Otherwise I’ll just include research myself. Thanks!
