For supply allocation, is it possible to automatically assign the sales channel on a sales order via a workflow? I have a customer that places orders via EDI, which are coming into our system without a sales channel and disrupting inventory availability until someone can go in and manually assign the sales channel on the orders so it pulls from their order reservation. Example of the workflow I have in mind would be, “if the customer name=XX, then on creation, populate the sales channel field with XX value”. I can easily do this with other fields on the order form header, but the sales channel field (field ID saleschannel) does not show up within the workflow builder as an option. Any ideas?
