WMS - Does anybody know why a single Item Fulfillment would be generated when there's 5 separate Waves for the Sales Order all with their own individual Pick Tasks and the WMS System Rule for Consolidated Item Fulfillments is turned off? The Pick Tasks were all marked as Done within a few minutes of each other, but usually we still see separate Item Fulfillments generated per Pick Task

This is how it's always worked for us. It drives us nuts. I've asked NetSuite about 20 times how we can create item fulfillments with different grouping but they always come back to the same 2 options 1. You can post an item fulfillment per line item on the SO 2. You can post 1 item fulfillment for the entire order (regardless of how many waves or pick tasks relate to that order it will wait until ALL waves are complete then post 1 item fulfillment) We are at the point now where we have to pay a large sum for a customization because the WMS is almost unusable with that functionality

We have it set so it does 1 Item Fulfillment per line, but for some reason, this particular Sales Order decides to do option 2 and do 1 Fulfillment for 5 Waves and 5 Pick Tasks. We are attempting to find a reason for this

Oh sorry. Misunderstood you at first. Is that SO marked as Ship Complete?

It is not.

I don't necessarily agree with this, but, try turning the consolidation rule on, then run the update mobile app process, then turn it back off and run update again. NS WMS is built on stacked scripts, they don't always update appropriately
