Hi all. NS newb here and trying to utilize different outlets to learn the platform. Easy question: How/where do I update my inventory count for a product? When I try to create a sales order I receive this message and so I assume that I need to increase the inventory count? “Premier One MS1625 Replacement Media Pads - 3 Pack: You have only 0 available for commitment across all locations (1 back ordered, 0 on order.)”

That is NetSuite warning you that you have no inventory for this item. You can either create a PO to buy it and post an item Recipt create a WO to build it (if it’s an Assembly) and post a Build, or post an Inventory Adjustment increasing the Qty On Hand on that item

Remember too that this is a 360 system. When you add inventory via any of the methods above there is a GL and Financial impact.
