Hi All, I'm in the process of evaluating the RF-Smart product "Pick Planner" to be added on top of what we already do with RF-Smart. We have many large distributor orders that can take days to pick (several hundred items). In order to pick our orders faster, we are considering the "Pick Planner". It will basically allow us to split the picking of a sales order up for many pickers to pick at once. This seems to be very nice and flexible. When if come to Packing the order, there are 2 options - 1) wait till all waves are picked and pack the entire order at once, 2) Pack the orders when a wave or picker is done with his pick and NOT wait for the rest of the order to be picked. By using option 2, we will generate multiple fulfillments with multiple invoices. This is not acceptable to our customers, they want one invoice. RF-Smart has suggested that i reach out to NS to see if it is possible to combine these multiple invoices into one. I assume that this is not standard functionality, but i'm not sure. I figured i'd reach out to the community first. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks, John!

I don't know about RF-Smart side, but native NetSuite the invoice is linked to the Sales Order, not the fulfillment. You can fulfill multiple times and then invoice once. Alternatively, if you end up with multiple invoices, you can consider using the new invoice group feature to consolidate to a single document.
