Anyone know if there’s a preference/setting to default the filter on the ‘print picking tickets’ page to ‘Respect Ship Complete’ for all users? Seems to always default to ‘Some Items Committed’ and folks are forgetting to change it…

Just to close the loop - appears there’s no way to do this without rebuilding print pick tickets with a suitelet so instead we’re just telling users to put a sticky note on their monitor. Seems easier. 🙂

Good workaroun! However the suitelet is actually quite easy and can be done in 2-3 hrs
