Would any of you happen to know how I would produce a list of items that do NOT have a Preferred Bin in NetSuite? I've attempted to do this with saved searches, but am struggling to identify the correct type of search. It doesn't appear to be Location, Inventory Detail, or Item. the preferred bin setting appears to float between these records, but I can't pin down an accurate list of the Preferred Bin for an item per location. I keep producing a list where the preferred bin does not match the location it belongs to for that item.

Have you tried the 'Preferred Bin' field = false under Criteria subtab?

I just tried, but I just get a list of repeating items for every transaction type record that has ever existed for it (lots of repeating rows for the same item.

Are using Item search or transaction search?

Item Search. However, I was able to knock it out using the joined field Bin Number:Location as one of the result columns.
